Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before using our services.

1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of cleaning services by Neatify Cleaning Services Ltd. ("Neatify", "we", "us" or "our"), a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 16818716).

By booking a service with us, you ("the Client") agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not proceed with a booking.

2 Our Services

Neatify provides professional residential and commercial cleaning services. The scope of each clean will be agreed with the Client at the time of booking or via a written quote. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.

  • All services are provided by trained, DBS-checked staff
  • We supply all necessary cleaning products and equipment unless otherwise agreed
  • The specific areas to be cleaned will be confirmed prior to each visit
  • We do not offer specialist services (e.g. biohazard, deep restoration) unless explicitly stated

3 Bookings & Cancellations

Bookings are accepted by phone, email or via our online booking form. A booking is confirmed only once you have received written confirmation from Neatify.

We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the quoted service price.
  • Late cancellations (under 48 hours) may be charged at 50% of the service fee
  • No-shows on the day may be charged at the full service fee
  • Neatify reserves the right to cancel or reschedule due to staff illness or unforeseen circumstances, with as much notice as possible

4 Payment

Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of booking. For one-off cleans, payment is typically required within 7 days of the service being completed. For regular contracts, a monthly invoice will be issued.

  • Accepted payment methods: bank transfer, debit/credit card
  • Invoices not paid within the agreed terms may incur a late payment charge
  • Prices quoted are inclusive of VAT where applicable
  • Neatify reserves the right to adjust pricing with 30 days' written notice for ongoing contracts

5 Access & Property

The Client is responsible for ensuring our team has safe and unrestricted access to the property at the agreed time. If access cannot be gained and reasonable notice was not given, a call-out charge may apply.

  • The Client must secure or remove any irreplaceable, fragile or high-value items prior to our visit
  • Pets should be secured safely during the clean
  • Any known hazards within the property must be disclosed prior to our visit
  • Our staff will not move heavy furniture or use the Client's personal cleaning equipment unless specifically agreed

6 Liability

Neatify carries full public liability insurance. In the event of damage caused by our staff, claims must be reported to us in writing within 24 hours of the clean taking place. We will investigate all genuine claims fairly and promptly.

  • Neatify will not be liable for damage arising from pre-existing conditions or wear and tear
  • Liability is limited to the value of the cleaning service provided
  • We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential loss
  • Damage to items not disclosed as fragile or high-value may not be covered
All damage claims must be submitted in writing within 24 hours of service completion. Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.

7 Satisfaction Guarantee

We take pride in the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of the clean, please notify us within 24 hours of the service being completed and we will arrange a return visit to address the issue free of charge.

The satisfaction guarantee applies to the specific areas cleaned and does not extend to areas or tasks outside the agreed scope of work.

8 Data & Privacy

Neatify Cleaning Services Ltd. is committed to protecting your personal data. Any information you provide to us will be used solely for the purposes of fulfilling your booking and communicating with you about our services.

  • We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes
  • You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time
  • Data is processed in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR)

9 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We will always attempt to resolve any disputes amicably and in good faith before any legal proceedings are considered.
